So how do you retrieve/download/save a graphic that you like? There is no "one-size-fits-all" approach here.
Using the Firefox browser with my Windows 10 computer, when I right-click on the image I want to have, I get this menu:
When I use my iPad to retrieve an image, I get this menu:
